Terms of Service
Last updated: October 8, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Ademy Group. Please read them carefully. The short version: Ademy Pro is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel, you can cancel online at any time, and you can ask for a refund within 14 days of a charge.
1. Who we are
Ademy ("Ademy", "we", "us", "our") is operated by Ademy Group, based in Spain. We run an online learning platform at ademy.net with courses created by independent teachers. You can contact us at any time at [email protected].
2. Accepting these Terms
By subscribing, creating an account or using Ademy, you agree to these Terms and to our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data. If you do not agree, please do not use Ademy.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to subscribe and use Ademy. By using Ademy you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you can enter into a binding contract.
4. Your account and login
- Sign-up is payment-first: you pay for your Ademy Pro membership with Apple Pay, Google Pay or card, and your account is created with the email address used for the payment.
- There are no passwords. You log in with Google or with a one-time login link that we send to your email.
- Keep access to your email and Google account secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you think someone else has accessed it.
- Your account is personal. Do not share it or your login links with anyone.
5. Ademy Pro subscription, trial and automatic renewal
What you get. Ademy Pro gives you access to all courses on Ademy (video and text lessons and downloadable resources) and to the private community groups for courses, for as long as your membership is active.
Trial. New members start with a 7-day trial for $1.00, charged when you sign up. The trial is available only once per person.
Automatic renewal. Unless you cancel before your trial ends, your membership automatically continues as a paid monthly subscription at $10.99 per month (or the equivalent price shown in your currency at checkout). It then renews automatically every month, and you will be charged at the start of each monthly period, until you cancel. There is no minimum commitment.
Reminders and confirmation. When you sign up, we email you a confirmation with these key terms and instructions on how to cancel. We also email you a reminder 3 days before your trial ends.
How to cancel. You can cancel online at any time in Account settings > Membership in two clicks, or by emailing [email protected]. See section 7.
By completing checkout you authorize us and our payment processor, Stripe, to charge the trial fee and then the monthly price to your payment method until you cancel.
6. Prices, taxes and payments
- Currency. Prices are shown and charged in the currency we display for your country. Your bank or card issuer may charge its own currency conversion or foreign transaction fees.
- Taxes. The price shown at checkout is the total amount you will be charged, including any sales tax, VAT or similar taxes we are required to collect.
- Price changes. We may change the price of Ademy Pro. If we do, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies, and it will only apply from your next billing period after that notice. If you do not want to pay the new price, you can cancel before it takes effect.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails, we or Stripe may retry it, and we may ask you to update your payment method. We may suspend your access until the payment succeeds, and we may cancel the membership if it cannot be collected.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime in Account settings > Membership or by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current period: if you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged again and keep access until the trial ends; if you cancel later, you keep access until the end of the month you already paid for, and no further charges are made. You can resume your membership before the period ends. Full details are in our Cancellation Policy.
8. Refunds
You can ask for a refund within 14 days of any charge by emailing [email protected]. We review each request individually. See our Refund Policy.
9. Right of withdrawal (EU, EEA and UK consumers)
If you are a consumer living in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have a legal right to withdraw from your Ademy Pro contract within 14 days of signing up, without giving a reason.
- Ademy gives you access to the courses immediately. By completing checkout and using the service during the 14-day period, you ask us to start providing it straight away.
- If you withdraw, we will refund the payments you made, minus a proportionate amount for the service you received up to the moment you told us you were withdrawing, where the law allows us to deduct it.
- To withdraw, send us a clear statement by email to [email protected] (for example: "I withdraw from my Ademy Pro contract", with the email address of your account) before the 14-day period ends. More details are in our Refund Policy.
This right is in addition to our own refund policy and does not limit any other rights you have under the law of your country.
10. Your license to use the content
While your membership is active, we give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to watch and read the courses and use the downloadable resources for your own personal, non-commercial learning. You may not:
- copy, record, download (other than files we offer for download), redistribute, resell, publicly show or share the content;
- share your account or login links, or let others watch through your account;
- use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to access or copy the content;
- remove copyright or ownership notices.
All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by us or by the teachers who created the content.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights;
- harass, threaten, abuse or discriminate against other members, teachers or our staff;
- post spam, scams, malware, or sexual, hateful or illegal content;
- interfere with the security or operation of Ademy, or try to access accounts or systems you are not allowed to access;
- misuse payments, including fraud or abusive chargebacks, or try to get more than one trial.
12. Community groups
Some courses include a private community group where members can share their work and ask questions. These groups run on third-party apps such as WhatsApp or Telegram.
- Those apps are operated by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies. When you join a group, other members and the group admins may see your name, profile photo and phone number or username, depending on the app and your settings there.
- Be respectful, stay on topic, do not spam or advertise, and follow section 11 and the group rules.
- Groups are an extra, not a guaranteed part of the membership. We may change, pause or close groups, and we may remove anyone who breaks the rules.
- We are not responsible for what other members post in the groups or for the third-party apps themselves.
13. Teacher content
Courses are created by independent teachers. Teachers keep ownership of their content and are responsible for it, including having all the rights needed to publish it. Courses are for general educational purposes and are not professional advice. We may review, edit the presentation of, or remove content that breaks these Terms or the law. Teachers who publish on Ademy may be subject to additional teacher terms.
14. Intellectual property and copyright
Ademy, our logo, the website and its software are owned by Ademy Group or our licensors. Course content belongs to the teachers who created it. If you believe content on Ademy infringes your copyright, please follow our Copyright & DMCA Policy.
15. Suspension and termination
You can stop using Ademy and cancel at any time. We may suspend or close your account, with notice where reasonable, if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, commit fraud, infringe others' rights or if we are required to by law. If we close your account without a good reason under these Terms, we will refund the unused part of your current paid period. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (for example, sections 14, 17, 18, 19 and 20) will survive.
16. Changes to the service
We regularly add, update and sometimes remove courses and features. We will not make changes that substantially reduce what you pay for without telling you in advance, and you can cancel if you do not agree.
17. Disclaimers
We work hard to keep Ademy available and useful, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any course will lead to a particular result. Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including any legal guarantee that digital content and services conform to the contract.
18. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ademy Group will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, and our total liability for any claim relating to Ademy is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for gross negligence or willful misconduct, and they do not affect your mandatory rights as a consumer in your country of residence.
19. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate Ademy Group for reasonable losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from third-party claims caused by your breach of these Terms or your misuse of Ademy. This section does not apply to consumers where the law does not allow it.
20. Disputes and governing law
- Talk to us first. Most problems can be solved quickly. Before starting any formal claim, please email [email protected] describing the issue, and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally.
- Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
- Courts. Disputes will be decided by the competent courts of Spain, unless the law gives you the right to go to a different court.
- Consumers. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you may bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence.
- There is no mandatory arbitration and no class-action waiver in these Terms.
21. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above. If a change is material, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you can cancel before they apply to you; continuing to use Ademy after that means you accept them.
22. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a right right away, we do not waive it. You may not transfer your membership to someone else; we may transfer our rights and obligations to a company that takes over Ademy, as long as your rights are not reduced. These Terms, together with the policies linked above, are the entire agreement between you and us about Ademy.
