Refund Policy
Last updated: October 8, 2026
Our promise
If you are not happy with Ademy, email us at [email protected] within 14 days of any charge (the trial fee or a monthly payment). We review every request individually and refund it where appropriate.
How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] with the subject "Refund request".
- Include the email address of your Ademy account, the date and amount of the charge, and a short reason (optional, but it helps us improve).
- We will review it and reply to you by email with our decision.
A refund does not cancel your membership by itself. If you also want to stop future charges, cancel in Account settings > Membership or tell us in the same email. See our Cancellation Policy.
Right of withdrawal (EU, EEA and UK consumers)
If you are a consumer living in the EU, EEA or UK, you also have a legal right to withdraw from your Ademy Pro contract within 14 days of signing up, without giving a reason.
- Ademy gives you access immediately. By completing checkout and using the service during those 14 days, you ask us to start providing it straight away.
- If you withdraw, we will refund the payments you made, minus a proportionate amount for the service you received up to the moment you told us you were withdrawing, where the law allows us to deduct it.
- To withdraw, send a clear statement to [email protected] before the 14 days end. You can use this text: "I hereby withdraw from my contract for the Ademy Pro subscription. Account email: [your email]. Date of sign-up: [date]. Name: [your name]."
- We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used.
This right is in addition to our own 14-day refund promise above and does not limit any other rights you have under consumer law.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay) in the same currency you paid. Depending on your bank, they usually take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
What appears on your statement
Charges from Ademy appear on your bank or card statement as ADEMY.NET (or a similar description that includes "Ademy").
Please contact us before a chargeback
If you see a charge you do not recognize or disagree with, please email [email protected] before disputing it with your bank. We can usually resolve it, including with a refund, much faster than a chargeback, which can take weeks. Filing a dispute does not cancel your membership, so please also cancel if you do not want to be charged again. Contacting us first does not affect your right to dispute a charge with your bank.
