Public Speaking: Present with Confidence

This class gives you a practical, step-by-step method for preparing and delivering a talk you feel good about. You will learn how to work with nerves instead of fighting them, structure a message people remember, rehearse in a way that actually builds confidence, use your voice and body with intention, and handle questions, slides, and surprises calmly.

It is for anyone who has to speak in front of others and would rather not dread it: team members giving project updates, managers running meetings, students presenting assignments, founders pitching ideas, or people preparing a toast. No previous speaking experience is needed, and everything works whether your audience is five colleagues on a video call or a room of strangers.

Throughout the class you will build and rehearse one short talk of three to five minutes on a topic you know well. By the end you will have a clear outline, a recorded practice run, and a personal checklist you can reuse every time you speak.
